WEST POINT – Jesse Talley, 69, died Monday, Nov. 17, 2014, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, at Belle Memorial Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be for one hour prior to service time Saturday at the funeral home.
