Jesse Washington TAPP Jr.

Jesse had a way about him unfamiliar with the rash, boistrous and selfish -- he was a gentle man, always with a kind word to say. He has left his family with a considerable heritage.

Jesse was a fine man, and a wonderful mentor. I will always remember his introduction of me to public health practice as the health officer in Kittitas County. He will be missed at the Northwest Center for Public Health Practice, as well. Jim Gale
