Notes that Jessica wrote several years ago:

I love Eric Ras Baldwin.  Life is like a roller coaster; its full of ups and downs.  I used to think that with every up there was a down, but recently I learned that with every down there is an up sure to follow!   My Prince Charming doesn't wear a white suit or ride a horse, he wears Georgia boots and drives a BIG truck.  On May 6, 1987, I was introduced to an amazing woman that I know God created especially for me, that would be my Momma.  I have the greatest Guardian Angel that never leaves my side, most call him Jackie Dean but I have the privilege to call him Daddy.

I was born seven years in between my siblings, two incredible sisters.  My little is connected to my hip, she is my best friend.  "We go together like a hot roll and melted butter"; me being roll and her being butter hahah!  I call my Big sis a multi-talented gift from God, three silly little boys call her Mommy.  The skinny one with big ears and the sweetest country accent, you can call him William Jackson.  The short chunky one with big blue eyes that light up the room, his name is Baby Jake but he'll answer to Chunk.  And then there is the one everyone knows as Danger, Sam.  The boys are simply a small copy of their father, that’s Billy, my Brother-in-law.  Recently I got another brother-in-law Matt, that loves by sister and their kids that is all I can ask for.  When Charlee came along, I finally got to buy the girly outfits.  And Beau is a little ball of love.

I add I love popsicles; the banana ones are my favorite.  I can't live without Macaroni and Cheese, the box kind.  I like being treated like a Princess, A Pretty Princess.
