Jessica L. Cook, age 28 of Jefferson, OH died May 7, 2012 at University Hospitals of Cleveland. Born May 24, 1983 to Jennifer (nee:Caruso) and Jesse Cook Sr., she lived in Rock Creek before moving to Jefferson 5 years ago. Jessica worked as the Store Manager for the Shoe Dept. in Chardon. She is survived by her mother Jennifer Cook and Father Jesse Cook Sr. of Ashtabula, sisters Julia Cook of Jefferson and Jennifer Brining and brother in-law Matthew Brining of Youngstown, brother Jesse Cook Jr of Ashtabula, boyfriend David Anderson of Charleston, WV, grandparents Veronica and Nick Caruso Sr. of Ashtabula and Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. A funeral service will be held 11am on Monday May 14, 2012 at the Burr Funeral Home in Chardon. Burial will follow at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Twp. Donations are suggested to the family.

Its been 5 long years. Been awhile since i posted on here. At my job i see the name Jessica so many times a day and everytime i do i think of you. I miss you alot and so does dad.
