Jessica Elizabeth Ottinger

Jessica was born on May 15, 1981 and passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2017. Jessica was a resident of Troy, Missouri at the time of passing. Jessica graduated from St. Charles West in 1999 and continued her education at Missouri Baptist University and Maryville, with a degree in nursing. Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at KEMPER-MILLARD-KEIM Family Funeral Chapel in Troy, MO. Interment will be held at the Thornhill Cemetery.
