We got to know Jessie and Lyle at the Bethel Baptist Church in Sharpsburg. Her Father and Mother, Everett and Elsie, were part of our church family. We loved to hear Jessie sing and play the piano. My Father, Donald Greffe, was friends with Jessie's whole family. The Greffe Family farm is just down the road from where they lived.
