Jessie Mae Faison LAKE CITY - Funeral services for Mrs. Jessie Mae Faison will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM from Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church 112 Deep River street, Lake City with Rev. Jerry L. Gadsden officiating and burial in Rest Lawn Cemetery /directed by Green's Funeral Home. Mrs. Faison age 70 died November 7, 2013. She was born in Cades, SC, a daughter of the late Annie Waterman and Lucious Wilson, reared by grandparents, the late Mr. and Mrs. James Cooper. She attended the public schools of Florence Dist. 3. She was employed at Baxter Travenol until 1996. A member of Wesley Chapel UM Church and served as Communion Steward and Methodist Women. Predecease by two sons, Wayne Cooper Faison and Derrick Faison; two brothers, Wardell and Noble Waterman, Samuel Wilson and Annie Mae Waterman. Surviving are her husband of 46yrs. Elijah Faison; her daughter, Natasha (Don) Roberts; 3 grandchildren; her step-mother, Rachel Wilson; her siblings, Willie (Daryl) Waterman, Jerome Waterman, Thomas (Mary) Waterman, George Waterman, Jr., Bruce Waterman, Jimmie Waterman, Josephus (Alberta) Wilson, Samuel (Durinda) Wilson, Robert Wilson, Sr., Bernice (Johnny) Parson, Frances Davis, Annie (William) Dollard, Cinda Waterman, Priscilla Waterman, Elizabeth (Roosevelt) Wilson, Amanda (Julious) Douglas, Diane Dollard, Norma Wilson, Virginia (Benjamin) Branch, Sylvia (Carl) Frazier, Elnora Mobley, Merilyn (Eugene) Alston, and Adriane Wilson; her uncle and aunt, Theodus Cooper and Rosa Lee Fulmore; sister-in-laws, Margaret Mills, Cleo Faison, Ann Faison, and Jean Burgess; nieces and nephews.

Your mother was a kind and gentle spirit. She loved people and she demonstrated that in her service to others.
