Mrs. Halstead was my organ teacher for many wonderful years. My twin and I would be dropped off at the end of her long driveway and we would walk up to the house. She always greeted us with a smile and we had the BEST lessons: they were supposed to be 30 minutes long and ended up 45 to 60 minutes because we had such fun!I remember her manicured nails and her jazzy style with fondness and affection.
