Taft, I'm so sorry for your loss. I remember Ms. Jessie very well. What a blessing for her to live 99 good years. God's amazing grace. You and the entire family are in my thoughts and prayers.

To the Richards Family--I was saddened to hear of the passing of Mrs. Jessie Richards. She was the nurse when Charles Richards and I were classmates at Pearl C. Anderson Jr. High School. Her daughter-In-law (Angie Richards) and I are Sorority Sisters in Delta Sigma Theta Sorority,Inc. Mrs. Jessie Richards was a competent and gracious lady. Sincerely, Charlotte Jo Estell Govan
