Sheila--I am so sorry to hear about the death of your husband. I wish all the best to you and your family during this time.

September 7, 2012

Our deepest sympathy is extended to the Ward Family. We share in your grief and sorrow. Jess was a true activist who was always searching for a way to improve the lives of those who needed help the most in the broader community. Jess was great help to the Together We Achieve (TWA) African-American support group at Cary High School. From the TWA birthed the Parents Coaliton for Excellence which was necessary and well received by the community-at-large. We will always cherish the fond memories we shared with Jess, wife and children. You welcomed us into your home on many occasions to work on TWA projects. In time, we pray that you will find comfort in knowing that your dear beloved is resting in one of those mansions prepared by our Lord and Savior. Jess will always remain in the hearts of those whom he loved so dearly.
