I too had the honor and privilege to work with Chuy while I was assigned to the Wasco City Substation from 1994-1998. He was a great man, a great partner, a great friend and a great sense of humor. Having Chuy show up on your calls always made you feel better and safe and what a great story teller he was :) With you gone the world is a sadder place but I know Heaven is now brighter, good bye my friend until we meet again!
