Bob and I were saddened to read of Jessie's passing; we have thought of him and Dolores every time we pass through Tavernier on our keys vacation - we remember his taking us yellowtail fishing one night in the late eighties. Little did we know he was right there in Tavernier. Our thoughts and prayers are with his whole family, especially Dolores, Sandy and Frank.
