LOVE, AMBER, RICHARD, CIARA AND JAYLEN POWELL.

I first met Jeff when he attended Las Colinas Elementary and ran into him again in our 7th grade year as my family moved to Lewisville as well. My first year of high school would have been so much harder if he wasn't there to advise, comfort, and some what protect me. I thank his Mother for raising him the way she did. You had a great son and you are a wonderful woman of God. I pray for the comfort of his family and girlfriend. As much as his passing broke my heart I know that you all feel...

Jeff, you are in my thoughts and prayers. I wouldn't have made it through the toughest times in life without you. When I feel myself getting sad ,I will think about all the good times we shared. We love you always ,Cheerio.

My heart goes out to the family. May God continue to bless each and everyone of you. Keep your heads up and have faith and continue to believe.
