On behalf of my father, Ed Stanford, Sr., his wife Cookie and myself, I would like to offer our heartfelt condolences on your loss. Dad served for 12 years with Mr. Bailey on the school board and they had a friendship based on mutual respect and a commitment to do what is right for the children of Escambia County. We will certainly miss him.

Jamie and Jena,
My first memory of your dad was as a supportive parent at Warrington Middle School when you girls went there. It was so wonderful to have parents who cared, and both of your parents were involved with the school and the teachers. You are all in my prayers. He was a fine man. Patty Casey Northup

We loved Mr Bailey. He was always friendly and kind when he visited the school I worked at years ago. He always had a smile. We were blessed by his service to our schools.
