Surprised this has come about. I met him at the VA hospital and was casual friends with him for many years. I just never thought there would be a time that I would not be reading his jokes on the internet. Such a loss.

In the short time I knew Jim, he left a significant and lasting impression on me. Jim had an incredible sense of humor and I remain in amazement of his spirit, bravery and courage to the very end. God bless Jim, his family, friends and loved ones.
