Not sure what to say?

I cannot believe it's coming up on 10 years. I still think of Jim often. In the short time I knew him, he made such a lasting impression. I still have the Southbury sweatshirt he gave me and every time I see it, I remember what a wonderful person he was.

Dear Kelly, I just heard about Jim's passing. Please accept my heartfelt sympathy for you and your girls. What a beautiful and inspiring description of his life and spirit you wrote here -- makes me sad that I never got to know him. I wish you strength and peace as you navigate through these challenging times. May God bless you and Kelsey and Sam.

Kelly,
Thinking of you and your girls with deepest sympathy.

I didn't have the pleasure of knowing Jim during his years as the "fun loving" spirit so eloquently described above, but rather as his nurse during his courageous battle with ALS. During these times one really gets to see the heart and soul of a person and I can tell you Jim was one of the most giving people i have ever known. I truly learned more from him about living and loving and thank his family for allowing me the honor of caring for him. I will miss...
