Not sure what to say?

Great teacher!

I worked with Joyce at the Blood Bank of the Redwoods for several years. She was always smiling, positive, and a pleasure to be around. So saddened at her and Jim's passing. Condolences to the family.

I was so sorry to read this today. I had Mr. Bennett at RVJH in 1990-92. He was one of my favorite teachers. I can still remember him laughing when I would call him by the nickname I had had for him. "Hi Mr. Ben Ben"! I would say that everyday-and he laughed every single time. It is amazing how teachers touch your heart. All these years later, I saw the photo and said out loud, "not Mr. Ben Ben"! I am sending my condolences to the family. His life made many, many footprints. What a blessing...

I had Mr. Bennett for the 1976-1977 school year. He was a fun and amazing health teacher.

So SAD to hear this!! We were good friends a number of years ago. We met at Christian Life Center in 1975 and belonged to the same CLC (FOLD GROUP) small weekly group. Love to each family member.

I had him as my teacher in 84 and I remember him as an amazing teacher.

Like others here have commented, including fellow classmates from my SRHS class of 1980, Mr. Bennett was also one of my favorite teachers at RVJH. Because of him I became much more interested in science and he made learning fun and rewarding. His upbeat, positive personality and sense of humor helped too, plus his wealth of knowledge and true enjoyment of teaching. Thank you for the lasting impression, Mr. Bennett. May you and your dear wife rest in peace.

I fondly remember Mr Bennett from CLC and as my 7th & 8th grade scinece teacher at RVJH. Such a nice man.

May they both rest in peace! Mr.Bennett was an inspiring and kind teacher.
