Jim Comstock

Jim will be forever in the minds and hearts of those who knew him. His knowledge, kindness, and care affected everyone who was graced by his presence. He cared deeply for his family. Those of us who were blessed to work with him will not forget the wisdom he shared and the role model he provided.
Jim has passed from this life to the next. In this world he was respected and loved and now is an immortal diamond shinning brightly upon us.

One of my most vivid memories of Jim was as he stood in front of a few hundred nurses, therapists; just a few months after one of his first illnesses... and began to speak to them about his experience 'on the other side' as the patient. He was kind, powerful and moving and every word was special. I know it took so much energy for him to get to Sacramento and speak... but oh, the ripples and impact on so many. You are missed.
