Not sure what to say?

I'm remembering the first time we went to the Retreat at San Juan Batista. I am grateful for that.

Jim was not just a good friend, was so much more. Through Jim I learned to live life on life's term. For this I am eternally grateful.

I am one of Jim's people, he found me at Janus. From that first meeting I felt that through Jim there was hope. Slowly my life began to change and Jim was there every step of the way. After I married and move away from Santa Cruz I'd call Jim around my program birthday. I have come to 35 years of continuous sobriety and called Jim only to find the number was no longer in service. I googled Jim's name and found he had passed. My condolences to Jim's family, his friend and those of us who Jim...

We were good friends and business partners for many years. Jim always added humor to the many long, boring work related meetings we had to attend (as he used to say) "to justify our phony baloney jobs".
Rest in peace buddy. I miss you.

Jim,
You will be missed by soooo many people that knew and loved you and your sense of humor.
I learned so much from you when we worked together as fellow hardware peddlers.

I will always have fond memories of you and the fun times we had traveling together.
