Jim Delmore

I first met Jim in 1997. We worked together in the technical reviews of internal lab R&D proposals (LDRD). I was the newcomer. I learned much from Jim and always found him as a dependable, honorable, knowledgeable, friendly fellow. Later he met and eventually married my then sister in law Jackie Stephens, another great person. I know Jackie will miss Jim immensely. My wife Kathy and I give you e our deep condolences.
