I have fond memories of Jim! He was my primary flight instructor at the Texins Flying Club in McKinney Texas when I started learning to fly at age 15. Jim was such a great instructor pilot that several of his lessons have literally saved my life all these years later as a former Air Force Pilot and now Airline Captain. He was also instrumental in helping me obtain my Civil Engineering Degree from Texas A&M University.
