Not sure what to say?

Jim Giles...my all time favorite Tulsa meteorologist. Think of him often. Met him in person a couple of times and had a very sweet, genuine aura about him. You will always be missed Jim

My favorite weather man was one from my mom said of the family and he will be missed so much

Remembering my favorite weatherman this evening while wishing for warm weather!

Jim was in my thoughts for some reason tonight. I enjoyed watching him and was devastated when I heard he'd passed. I know he's walking the streets of gold in heaven, no more cloudy days or stormy nights, just beautiful weather all the time. He's greatly missed.

On behalf of the Giles family, thank you for still sharing such loving words and memories! It will be 10 years this December since he passed. It is still difficult when my children, who were quite small in part when he passed, graduated and began college and he isn't here to share those moments. My older children and one of the younger ones now also have children. The youngest grandson looks like him. It warms our hearts to know that my dad is not forgotten! So many people come up to us...

Today as I watch channel 6 weather, I suddenly become really sad and begin to cry. I remember jim Giles on the air for several years as I was growing up in Tulsa. I know that he and Hannah would want their viewers to be happy, and enjoy his legacy of great meteorology! My tears have turned to happiness and fond memories. I remember watching his last time on the air , turning on the lights at rhema bible college. It was such a beautiful symbolic time and event. I wish I could find the video...

He was the most amazing person I know. He gave me faith and hope in not just him but myself. He was the biggest father figure I had. I still can't believe he gone. I love my opa dearly and miss him soo much the holidays are hard not having him around every year doesn't seem to get easier. But seeing people write so many great things bout him makes me know he still around not physically but mentally his spirt his stories still live on and not just by us his family but all the amazing people...

Miss him so much. He had a wonderful personality. I always felt safe when he was on the job.

Jim Giles was a clear cut example of humanity at it's
Best. He stepped up, out and
Into where the action would
Occur, established an anchored trust throughout out start, to each citizen. God Bless Him.
