Not sure what to say?

Still remember his smiling face and can't believe it has been ten years. Time goes by so quickly.

Dear Cindy,
I was looking at the obituaries because another friend of mine husband died suddenly due to a heart attack and I was shocked to see that Jim had passed away. Obviously, we have not stayed in touch. However, it greatly saddened me to hear the news and I wanted you to know that I am sorry for your loss and I have been praying for you. He was a huge part of my life for 10 years and I loved him too. Praying God will keep you in his loving arms.

Our sincere and deep sympathy to the entire Harvey family during this very difficult time. Jim was a pleasure to work with through the 25 plus years that we were collegues. When learning that I was attending the Arma Show in Houston,TX Jim was verk kind to invite me to his home for a house party. I enjoyed speaking with Jim about the Microfilm Industry and every day events. He will be missed very much.

I am so sad to hear about Jim. I used to see him when I would walk in the neighborhood and he always would have encouraging words to say to me. Always smiling and happy to say hello! There was something about him that made me feel good after seeing him. Cindy, you are in my prayers, God Bless you!! Carol Stokes

I am so sorry to hear about Jim's passing. I knew Jim thru the microfilm business and I got to meet Jim one time. He was such a wonderful and kind man. May God be with you all.

To the Harvey family,

I along with other members of Houston Fit was shocked and saddened to learn of Jim's death. I ran with him on many occasions, very early on Saturday mornings. He was an experienced marathoner who lent his support & expertise to new and experienced runners alike.
During his last year in Houston Fit, he took a few new runners under his wing to run their first Houston marathon. He said it was a way to give back to the running community.
I did not know...

So very sorry to hear that Jim has left us. Ive never physically met him but have had many dealings with him through his very successful business at Altek. Jim was perhaps the most outspoken proponent of the microfilm industry and put his heart and soul into the business. Thanks Jim you helped a lot of us! My sincere condolences to the entire Harvey family on your great loss.

On this Good Friday, I wish the Harvey Family the peace and comfort that only Christ can bestow. It is written that “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him” 1 Cor 2:9

I only knew Jim through the Microfilm Industry, having spoken with him over the phone on many occasions since the early 90’s. He was an icon in the industry, very well respected and his professionalism was an example to his...
