Not sure what to say?

being able to know and then work closely with Jim in Dev Equity was a very special group of experiences - his unique senses of humor and fairness plus a completely open mind approach to anything known or new to him were unique and creative - his reaction to new things was most refreshing and unique - he was a "people person" and sought good elements even in a potentially bad situation - he has an earned place in US Congressional history - for me to know, work with, and learn to admire Jim has...

Congressman Jim Kolbe, Leader in the community, state, and Congress. I was sadden to hear of his passing. I am grateful to have known, worked and enjoyed is many fundraisers at my one time business, La Fuente Mexican Restaurant. Jim and his entire staff were outstanding when it came to communicating the issues of Southern Az. My condolences to the entire family and many far reaching friends. God Bless You, Eternal Peace with Our Lord. Tu Amigo, Frank "Paco" Davis

Only met him briefly once. He did AZ right and his family and close friends need to know that so many of his constituents, like me, respected him.

Rick and I had many happy times with Jim at Thanksgiving at Mary's, Walt's in Hereford and even in Washington. We shared politics, love of family and even the background of having grown up with an Agriculture childhood. I miss every one of the Kolbe brothers. I know. Rick is happy to see them

Jim wasn´t afraid to get out among the public, shake your hand, talk about the issues and ask for your vote. I always admired him for it.

Had the opportunity to work with Jim and his staff during his tenure in the House and it was always a productive interaction. He did a great job for Arizona and the US.

Jim was an exemplary elected official who truly served "the people"! He had vision, sympathy and a deep appreciation for using his position to make a difference for all of whom he represented. He will be forever missed.

Jim´s service, passion, and commitment remain exemplary. He worked hard to make our world a better place. Our deep sympathies to Hector and family.
