Dr. Jim Leonard

My sympathies to Jim´s family, he was a treasured colleague of Eastern Jr and longtime friend since the days of baseball at the Stables.

To the Leonard family, my sincere condolences for your loss. I had the pleasure of catching Jim at Salem which usually resulted in a few laughs upon mound visits. He was a great teammate and friend. May he Rest In Peace. Bill Cullen

I loved playing ball for Jim Leonard! He was an outstanding Coach and an outstanding man. He was an inspirational leader, with a great desire to succeed and win. Most importantly, he was an great teacher, passing on the skills that he had learned and developed as a young athlete himself.
