Not sure what to say?

Dear Letcavits Family, please accept our sincere sympathy in the loss of your husband and father.

To the family of Coach Lec I offer my deepest sympathy and prayers. I'll never forget that raspy voice, silver filling (If I recall correctly) in his smile, and uttering words of motivation from the sidelines. Coach was a class act and educator of young men for which I'm eternally grateful! I admired him, and he admired my grandfather the late George "Sport" Getz for what they brought to the game of football. Coach Lec's spirit will live forever and I would go into any battle for him any day!...

Coach Lec was my coach and teacher. He was a wonderful man who mentored and favorably impacted the lives of thousands of Massillon's youth. It is a wonderful legacy to have helped so many. Coach Lec had a special relationship with his players and students. He had their attention and respect, and never had to demand or even ask for it. While he was a towering figure with an accomplished athletic resume, he was soft-spoken and kind. His life made a difference-to me and many others. We are...

Joi, The passing of a parent brings such sadness but, it also brings a flood of wonderful memories, special times, and the knowledge that you were loved. In return, the constant care you gave to your father, the grocery store trips, the Alzheimer's walks, and those specials times you shared with your dad let him know he was loved in return. He is in great company and will forever be in your heart. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Peace.

To the entire Letcavits Family,

My deepest sympathy Nancy and family. Always enjoyed waiting on Jim the past 30 years. All those coaches when they would meet for lunch would go over stories after stories. I would always enjoy listening. Jim was a true gentlemen. He was very loved by family and many friends and it showed.

Bart and Family,
Please accept my sympathy at this sad time! We have all lost a wonderful man and a gentle soul! I feel blessed to have known him and know he will be missed greatly by all those he has coached, taught, and mentored! My thoughts and prayers are with you all through this difficult time!

Dear Letcavits family,
I'm so sorry for your loss you have my deepest sympathy. Jim was Very special coach to me in football and track, he was also a great teacher and friend. I know he will be missed by so many. I will keep him in heart and memory. God bless all of you. You all are in my prayers.

Coach Lect was my position coach and my shop teacher. He taught me patience when building something and was an even better teacher on the football field, which I have carried on coaching youth football here in Florida for the past 10 years. He was tough, fair and had our respect. Thank you for making a difference in my life. May you rest in peace. Archie Campbell Class of 82
