I just learned of this today... Sending prayers of peace and comfort to the family...

I just found out about Mr. Jim's passing today through the BPUMC newsletter - I had to read it 3 times it is so unbelievable. I am so saddened by this and I can't bear to tell my kids. Elliot and Lila attended Pioneer for most of their younger lives. Elliot was very close to Mr. Jim. I am just shocked and saddened. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Although I haven't seen Jim in 20 years,my heart aches for the for the loss a Great Man.I knew his father when I attended Pioneer 30 years ago.I can't say enough about his character.I Believe he is in a better place.He will be missed here greatly.Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Today's service was so moving and truly was a celebration of Jim's life. The powerful music that David sang and the priceless words that Jessica sang were words of love from our heavenly Father. The tribute of the slide show to the pictures in the hallway helped show Jim the way that we want to remember him. The words from Pastor Buddy Gray and Dr. Fancher were so genuine. So sorry to hear about this tragic loss! I am a friend of his Aunt Bonnie's and remember well the day he was born and joy he added to the lives of so many! God Bless you all as you deal with the pain of loss. Praying for comfort and Peace for you all!
