Not sure what to say?

I still remember Jimmy Mack fondly - he was always smiling, laughing, with a kind word or something funny to say. He was a treasure and I know that his wife Anelle and his family still miss him SO much. Hard to believe he's been gone 8 years.

I have only the most joyful and happy memories of my best friend's dad, all through our high school years and beyond. He was always ready to encourage our pranks and take us anywhere we wanted. I think he was secretly one of us, and he was always a joy. Much love to Anelle, Rhonda, Rodney, and their families.

Jim was always ready with a funny little anecdote, ever with his friendly, warm smile, and I remember I always sang that "Jimmy Mack" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=obvSFWvgBhg to him the first time I saw him each summer...and often when he and Anelle would come by the store to say goodbye, too. He has always been one of my favorites since I met him and Anelle in 1996. I am so glad that he was golfing just last weekend. Anelle, I am so sorry for your loss and if I could, I would be there...

Even though we have only known the Macks for 2 years, it seems much longer. Pitkin is going to miss Jim so much. We will miss his smile and his jokes making fun of our Texas Aggies! Our condolences go out to all the family, especially, Anelle and Connor.

We have so many wonderful memories of rides in the mountains surrounding the Quartz Creek Valley. Jim and Anelle were such wonderful guides to the beauty of the area. We are so thankful for the precious bond and friendship over the years. We will always remember the fun times and the happy hours we spent together. Sending our love and sympathy, Jesse and Jerra Garetson, Copeland, Kansas and Pitkin, Colorado

Jim was a customer of mine 25 years ago. He was always smiling and very nice and respectful even when he had serious things to talk about. I enjoyed our times together as he never seemed to be in a hurry even when the sky was falling. A good man in my books. I am very sorry for your loss.
