Not sure what to say?

So fun-loving and such an open and generous heart

I'm saddened to read about Jim's passing. Though I haven't seen him in awhile, I remember many great ski trips. He had a vibrant personality and a ready smile.

Jim,

Working with you for the last 18 years was a pleasure. I loved our conversations. You will always be in my heart. I will miss you terribly. Your smile, laugh and oh my your hugs. My heart is full as I got a smile, laugh, hug and an I love you a couple months ago. Will treasure it always. Until we meet again my love.

We had the good fortune to have Jim as our wonderful neighbor since the early 90s. As a fellow dog owner, he expressed much-appreciated empathy toward us when our dog died five years ago, and we always looked forward to seeing him on his walks with Jack and Quinn. He was a caring, kind man who always greeted us with a smile. We're saddened that he departed much too soon. It's not the same Sellwood without him.

Hiking through the Olympics in pouring rain with Tom and Jim will be a memory I will live with forever. Good times.

Jim and the rest of my cousins are in my thoughts. Jim's passing makes the second great cousin I've lost in just the last couple of months - both gone too soon.
Jim always had a genuine smile for me when he walked up to greet me at family events. Over the years, our paths occasionally crossed at outdoor music events. Years ago, Jim was the liveliest, accommodating Rheinlander waiter that I bussed for -- ensuring his customers were served many smiles.
In recent years, he gave me...

I remember purchasing materials from Jim back In the great western days and when he worked for ACI. I remember fondly some of the exploits of Jim at the northwest chemical golf outings and his ability to make everyone feel their business and personal aspirations were important. Jim never hesritsted to help and was a great influence during my early years in the chemical business.

Miss you Jim. You have been a part of our lives for 30 years. Your laughter and smile will remain with us forever. Your kind heart cannot be replaced. I will always remember the trips we have experienced. Know you have left a void in our hearts.

Jim,

Though I knew you long ago, I would like to thank you most of all for later being such a good friend to my younger brother. You will be missed. Love to your family, and condolences for their loss.
