Jim was born on February 21, 1953 and passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2015. Jim was a resident of Ozark, Arkansas at the time of his passing. Jim received his law degree at the University of Arkansas. He was married to Judy. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday December 26 2015 at First United Methodist Church in Ozark with Reverend Jeff Jackson officiating and burial at Highland Cemetery under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.
