I also had the honor of working for Mr. McCoy for about 8 years in Brownsville and Matamoros. Jim was my mentor, my guide and my friend. His integrity, honesty and generosity were beyond question of the highest level. We traveled together in our work duties, took on tough challenges and we enjoyed the pleasures of accomplishing our goals.
