Not sure what to say?

Jim Peters was a very fine man, and Margaret a wonderful person. Together they made a couple, integrated as one. The reason I say this is that I find it impossible to think of either without thinking of both.

Jim Peters took an interest in me when I was a salesperson traveling an international territory and in his collaborative and instructive way taught me things I didn't know I didn't know. I saw him as the ultimate, wise business person and certainly a gentleman. He was...

Jim was indeed a Perfect Business Gentleman! Jim taught me plenty about proper manners "in other's countries." He even taught me how to hold my wineglass, and how to Not reject wine during the lunch hour if out of the USA -- "Tom, don't refuse, that's bad manners, take a taste, then you don't have to finish, but don't refuse others' hospitality."

Danny,

My deepest sympathy's to you and your entire family during this difficult time. It seems that your father enjoyed a deep and meaningful life touching the hearts and minds of so many. I know that the loss of one's father can not be tempered by the knowledge and lessons he shared, yet these are the gifts that he has given to you which will always keep his memory and love alive in your heart. My thoughts and prayers are with you my friend.

I only met Jim “Zika” Peters once when I stayed at his Vail condo with his son, and my good friend and fellow ski buddy, Danny Peters. I found Zika one of the most interesting men I have ever met. He was very well read and a wonderful conversationalist. I was fascinated by his life story in the book he wrote about it titled “My Life” by Zika Petrovic Peters. My heart is saddened by his parting. I extend my sincerest and deepest sympathies to Danny and his entire family for their difficult...

I am deeply saddened to hear of Jim's passing. He was truly the perfect gentleman and a mentor and close friend as well. My prayers go out to all his family.

Jim will always live on in my heart as the truest of gentlemen. He was the finest example of a man that loved his family, his country and freedom. He truly lived the basic principles that he believed in: Integrity, Loyalty and Love. He will be greatly missed. My life is much richer for knowing him. My sincere and heartfelt sympathy to Jim's wonderful family.

Jim was truly a gentleman in every sense of the word. He will live on in the fond memories of everyone he touched.
