JIM SIEDOW, 83, left us November 20, 2003. He was wonderful husband for 57 years and a great father to his children. He was a local stage actor and a star of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. His humor will be missed everyday. A memorial tribute will be held later.

My Uncle Jim was my most favorite uncle in the world. He is missed terribly. I have so many wonderful loving memories as well as the rest of his wonderful family to keep me company. Love you, Favorite Niece Linda

I was very saddened to receive word of Mr. Siedow's death yesterday. There are no other film legends who are kind or trusting enough to invite a total stranger into their family abode, then listen to all the fanatical reasons why you are there. I will never forget those visits and likewise, will always cherish the photo's. It is a sincere privilege to have known him.
God bless him and may his eternal soul rest in peace.

I'm really gonna miss Jim. I had the pleasure of doing a show with him and his wonderful wife Ruth several years ago and his stories of working on "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre" were hilariously funny and profound. A true talent that will be sorely missed. When I heard the news of Jim's passing, I had to add a dedication to him on my website. God bless you!
