I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

My Dear Uncle Jimmy,
We have shared so many good times together, and even when we weren't together I thought of you so often and prayed that you were doing ok.
I know for certain that you are ok now. I will miss you and your caring, thoughtful ways.
Thank you to all of Uncle Jimmy's friends who have been there for him when his family could not. I will be forever grateful for your love and friendship given to him. And thank you so much for caring for his kitty cats. I know they miss...

Hey Jimmy, you were such a joy to be around! Your laugh and your sly grin were a delight. To leave friends and laughter in one's wake is a life well lived. You got no excuses not to come visit Charleston now. Toot is expecting you!!
Toot, Ed, Susie and Russell - thank you for sharing Uncle Jimmy with me. He was a Genuinely Sweet Man.
