I was very saddened to hear of Jim's passing. One fond memory I have of Jim was in 1997 when he and his wife and grandson were in Greece at the same time as my family. It was during this visit that I really got to know Jim and the wonderful meal that we all shared in allowed me to see what a great family man he was and how near and dear to him his family, friends, and food (and most of all having all three at the same time) were.
