Jimmie R. Kebert, age 66, of Rural Overbrook, KS passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at his home with his companion, Debbie Lavis by his side.  Jimmie was born September 9, 1954 in Topeka the son of Harman and Pearl (Liggett) Kebert.  He graduated from Topeka High School in 1972.  He married Debra Evans, they later divorced.  Jimmie worked at Hills Pet Nutrition for over 40 years as a Senior Technician.  Jimmie was a member of the First Free Methodist Church.  He loved the outdoors, traveling and spending time with his family.  Jimmie is survived by his mother, Maxine Kebert of Topeka; Debbie Lavis; two sons, Danny Kebert and Raegan Krug of Topeka and Joseph (Kimberly) Kebert of Lowell, AR; a brother, Bobby (Cheryl) Kebert of Milford, KS; a sister, Carol Noland of Neodesha, KS; and six grandchildren, Clay, Koie, Hope, Kaemyn, Kellam, and Koen. 


Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at the First Free Methodist Church.  The service will be live-streamed at the Davidson Funeral Home & Cremation Services Facebook page. Visitation will be Monday from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Davidson Funeral Home.  Interment will be at the Mt. Hope Cemetery.   Memorial contributions may be made to the First Free Methodist Church and sent in care of the Davidson Funeral Home.  davidsonfuneral.com.
