Jimmie Pike 86 formerly of Jay, OK passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2017 at his home in Pea Ridge, AR. Jimmie was born March 26, 1930 in Siloam Springs, AR; he was the son of Henry & Elva Pike. Jimmie was the widower of the late Ethel Pike whom preceded him in death in 2007. Jimmie was highly sought after bulldozer operator for over 40 years. He enjoyed family gathering and his grandchildren and telling stories, the outdoors, camping, fishing trips with family and friends, he liked to hunt and run his dogs. He enjoyed playing poker and going to the casino. Survivors include: Children Christina & Hubert Keene Pea Ridge, AR Rema & Bill Rhodes Colcord, OK Debbie & Roy Hayworth Avoca, AR Paula & Bobby Purdum California Madeline Yent Clifty, AR Cindy Budy Missouri Bobby Sain Missouri Timmy Sain Missouri Henry Pike Texas Linda & David Phillips Clifty, AR Several Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren 2 Sisters Dora Burfeind Colcord, OK Marjorie Payton Colcord, OK Brother Charlie Pike College Grove, OR Jimmie is also survived by many friends and loved ones. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Ethel, daughters: Betty DeSheilds, Barbara Howarth, sons: Terry Burke, Clifford Sain, Rick Sain, Fred Sain, sister Beulah Mae Igo, brothers: Artie Pike, Homer Pike, Herry Pike, Henry Pike and Pete Pike. A visitation will be held at Backstrom – Pyeatte Funeral Home in Siloam Springs, AR on Thursday, February 23, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm with cremation to follow.

Grandpa Pike I loved hearing your stories from the past, the smile on your face while watching Brooke and Connor play, and may I never forget the squeals and laughter between you and my babies! We will all miss you dearly, however relieved that you are no longer in pain and finally reunited with grandma Pike! Wow what a soght that must have been; the HUGE smile on each of your faces..you have both waited so long! Rest In Peace and know we will all be ok in time! Love you dearly!
