Jim and his 7/11

Sadly, I just recently learned of Jim "Bones" Beeler's passing.... As a 11 year old I remember him from the Hard Top racing days in Chico and my Dad @ 94 still talks about him. I have attached a picture that was recently loaned to me from the (Bill Able - John Nissen Collection) of Jimmy's Pride and Joy ...The Famous 7/11 Hardtop...may he RIP. Jim "Bones" Beeler will be inducted into the "Northern California Auto Racing Alumni Hall Of Fame" this April 30 @ the Silver Dollar Fairgrounds, Chico...

Dad, I know I will see you one day in Heaven. If only I could have been there to say goodbye. I love you and will miss you. Claudia

My condolences to Bev. Let me know if you get a new email address.

Jimmy and Beverly Beeler - 2014

I was honored and fortunate to have 48 years with my grandfather. I remember frequent trips on the Greyhound Bus headed to Marysville for a weekend visit with my grandparents. My grandfather and I usually had in depth conversations about invention, creation or methods for producing the best tomatoes. He was a chef and mastered the art of cookie making. I know he was so much to SIR members, community and childhood friends but to me he was my grandfather that I will keep in my heart forever....

Jimmy will always be with us and thought of often with warmth and friendship. We feel blessed having had the privilege of knowing him. Our heart felt sympathy to his family and many friends. With condolence Tom and Dianne Nelson

My sincerest condolences to the Beeler Family. May the God of all comfort (Psalms 83:18) help you during this difficult time.

Thoughts and prayers to Bev and family. I worked for Jim at this cart repair business, also worked in the County when Bev worked in the Sheriff office..Great family...So sorry for the lose of a great man...Vicki and Roy Stevenson

He was a good man and will be sadly missed by all of us that knew him.
