My condolences to the family of the late Mr. Chavous. I happened upon this guest book while searching for someone else. I do not know
Mr. Chavous, but wonder if I may have known Mrs. Chavous during our childhood days when my parents and I would make our annual visits to Ridge Spring. Then, no trip was complete without several trips to "Cousin Missy's" (Mrs. Thomas) store...Mrs. Thomas had a granddaughter named Tevera Peterson. Perhaps this is all a coincidence. Jamie and Corey, I am very sorry to hear about the death of your father. I know that a man who raised fine sons as yourselves was a fine man (the fruit does not fall far from the tree). I pray for God's comfort for you and your family.
