Dear Ruth, Jim was one of my mom and Dads Favorite friends and customer at the Regency Gallery in Spring. (Milton and Lillie) We all had fond memories of Mr. Jim. It was the talk of the town. I know Jim is with the lord and I send my condolences to you all. ...
