I will always remember how Jimmy always had an encouraging word.

Just learned of my Brother's passing. How shocking. Did not know he was ill. God bless you family. He was an awesome friend. We worked the cleaning service together many times after playing a basketball game for the Glenn High Hawks. His death has touched home in a deep way.Love and miss you Brother. Larry Cockrell

I've just learned of Jimmy's passing and I am at a loss for words. He and I went to high school together and had reunited via social media. I'll always remember your warm smile Jimmy and your kind ways. Heaven has gained another angel…go collect your wings my friend. My deepest condolences to the Franklin family. He will be sorely missed.
