Not sure what to say?

Sending sincere condolence to Nancy & their children. I only knew Jimmy for a short time but clearly remember his great smile and special laughter. It's been a long time but I am sorry for your loss. Sincerely, Anne Henley Salisbury

I've known the Hudson family for as long as I can remember. Mr. Hudson had an unmistakable laugh I could hear from Sherry's bedroom. He drove a VW bug way back when and whenever I see one, I immediately think of Mr. Hudson. And I hear that big laugh. And then I smile. I reconnected with the Hudsons in recent months and witnessed the love and connection between Mr. and Mrs. Hudson. For 61 years they've been together through thick and thin. Always ready to care for each other. No matter what....

I spent about as much time at the Hudsons as I did at my own home during high school. I still wonder at his ability to tolerate us so well. Rest in peace, Sir.

Dad,
You are forever in my heart.
Love,
Mary Beth Hudson

Jimmy Hudson was an amazing father and a wonderful person. His patience and empathy are qualities that will thrive in generations because of his example. I will miss you.
Love,
Sherry

Goodbye Dad

I had the pleasure of working with Jimmy back in the late 1980's or early 1990's when we were both assigned to Officer Training Department (OTD) of MMCS on the arsenal. Our deepest sympathy to Nancy and family. May he rest in peace.

I remember 1st Sergeant Hudson when I got to the 6th SC at Redstone in 1977. Both him and SFC Burkett were great soldiers that were understanding, kind, and at times stern but fair. He was respected by all and enjoyed being a as he himself put it "A First Shirt". Jimmy Hudson you will truly be missed.
