One of my biggest disappointments in life is the older I get the farther a part I get from the good things in life. Have spent a many a day at Aunt Bessie and Uncle Joe's back in the 60's and 70's and loved riding with Jimmy on the Coke-a-cola truck. It is a shame to say I have only seen Jimmy twice in the last ten years. it seems that life is important the way we live it today but when something bad happens we remember what we use to have and how good it really was. I will miss you...

Our church will miss Pastor Jimmy immensely and so will all of us. He was a wonderful person. My thoughts and prayers go out to Karla and her Mom and Dad and the entire family. I am sorry I am unable to attend the viewing or the service as I am out of town. I was hoping to be at one, but it wasn't meant to me. Take care and we will keep you in our prayers.

Jimmy ... a great guy, if you didn't like Jimmy then one should examine themselves. Condolences to the wife and family and Church family.

Jimmy will be missed. I didn't see him very often after we all became adults, but I saw him a lot growing up. He was one of the best piano players I ever heard. Always liked him. We both liked Fords. I deeply regret we will not be able to attend the visitation or funeral due to having to be out of town. I was hoping to be able to attend the visitation, but it was not meant to be.
