Karen,
I am so so saddened by Jimmy's passing. I truly loved his spirit and shared with him the love of riding. I knew Jimmy from the company that I work for NorX, Inc. He loved to tease me that I was older then him as our birthday's were about a month apart and I am the older. He spoke of you so many times to me and I know how much he loved you and his family. He was jealous when I won a Gold Wing at the Pediatric Brain Tumor Ride for Kids in 2000. He also was a tremendous bit of...

We are so sadden by your loss. Although we did not know Jimmy as well as most, we truly enjoyed our times with him as we cheered for Diane in the swimming matches. We will hold those memories close to our hearts. Please know that all of you are in our Prayers.

Karen, Diane, Carrie, Andy, and Ophelia,
I am so very sorry for your loss. I still can't believe Jimmy is really gone. I know it will finally sink in someday, but right now it just feels like he missed Sunday school for one of his rides. He will be sorely missed. I love you all, and will do anything I can to help you out.
Love,
Trina

To the Entire Segrest Family,
I find it very difficult to formulate the proper words that would adequately express my deepest, heartfelt sympathy in "jimmy's" passing. I was a friend and co-worker with him at "Yellow Freight".
Jimmy will be greatly missed, however, "I WILL NEVER FORGET TO REMEMBER HIM".
"GOD BLESS THE "SEGREST" FAMILY,
RONNY KILPATRICK "YELLOW FREIGHT" (RETIRED)

Words cannot express the sorrow I feel and how much Jimmy will be missed. He brought so much joy and laughter into the hearts of many. As I read over the posts, one stands out about Jimmy's eyes! They were so piercing and beautiful, especially above that curly white beard. We will miss our dear friend and Santa Claus!

I am so sorry for your loss. I graduated from Hapeville High School in 1972 with Jimmy. I have fond memories of our high school days. May God bless you and keep you.
