Jimmy Gordon Short Sr.

Brother Jimmy, as we called him, was the pastor at St. Paul Methodist Church in Huntsville when I was a mid-teen. Everyone loved him and your mom. He was very active with our MYF group and made a profound impact on me. When I married in 1967, I tracked him down and asked if he would come here and perform the ceremony--and, of course, he did. I got to know him and the family in my younger years at Cahaba Heights Methodist Church - they made a great contribution to our church. Prayers to all the family.
