Funeral for Jimmy Wayne Terry, 60, of Decatur will be Saturday, April 26, 2008, at 11 a.m. at Ridout's Brown Service Funeral Home with Bro. Melvin Mears officiating.
Burial will be in Decatur City Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home. Mr. Terry, who died Wednesday, April 23, 2008, at Huntsville Hospital, was born June 14, 1947, in Lawrence County to Steve Terry and Jewel Terry. He was a member of Son Rise Temple Church. He was preceded in death by his brother, Dan Terry; and his father, Steve Terry.
Survivors include his wife, Louise Terry; stepdaughter, Vickie Pace of Decatur; his mother, Jewel Terry of Moulton; two brothers, Larry Terry of Cullman and Billy Terry of Courtland; two sisters, Betty Helms and Letonya Miller, both of Moulton; half sister, Bea trice Morris; and two grand children, Cody Taylor and Destin Pace.
