I knew Jo Ann for many years our paths crossed several times in the oil field She was always my go to person for Safety and Hers for DOT She was a great person and always had a kind word for everybody no matter how bad things were she always made it brighter I am truly blessed for the time I did get to spend with her she was one of my closest friends My sincere condolences to her friends and family she will be extremely missed by me Mike Green
