For the last 32 months my wife has lived at the memory care center where Jo Ann lived, so I saw Jo Ann almost every day. Early on I noticed that Jo Ann would sometimes be wearing a scowl on her face. One day I said "Jo Ann, what's up? Do you need something?" And she said in that gravelly voice of hers "I need a kiss."
