Hesperia resident Jo Ann Haugen, 71, died Jan. 5, 2003. Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. Thursday at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, second ward, 10862 Maple Ave. in Hesperia, with services immediately following. Victor Valley Mortuary is handling arrangements.
