Not sure what to say?

I have only just learned of this loss. I was friends with Wink and Jo in the 90´s when Wink and I worked for the same company. Jo and Wink used to come out to our house where we played music and sang and just enjoyed life. I always loved Jo and I´ll always remember them both very fondly. I´m so sorry to learn of your loss.

I will never forget Jo, in the Dallas Press Club´s Gridiron Show spoof (mid `90s) on `Rocky Horror Picture Show´ film! She was font & center in large chorus /dance group, wearing white gloves & doing `jazz hands´ like crazy!! Show title was `Have Tales; Will Tattle!´ That´s the year I really got to know Jo! And how glad & grateful I am, that I did!!

I was a senior at Cal when I met Jo. I thought maybe I would go to law school. She convinced me radio would be a better choice. And she was right. KFRC was so much fun in the late 70s when I was Community Affairs Director. Jo taught me to write for radio, leaving my multisyllable university style behind. Then, when Jo started the RKO Radio Network in New York, she hired me to manage features. I interviewed many, many music stars but also everyone from John Ehrlichman (of Watergate infamy) to...

Jo was one of the very most special I have ever known. I had the privilege of working with her at both KNUS/99 in Dallas and KFRC in San Francisco. Her lively and loving spirit and sense of humor were so, so special.

My condolences to the family . May you find comfort in your treasured memories and Gods promise to return our loved ones . 1st Thessalonians 4 : 13&14.

So many amazing memories, fun, crazy, loving and cherished. Taos will always one of the craziest while Jo and Mom were driving cross country. We have been extended family for over 50 years. Love to Keith and her family and to Chris and his family and the rest of the family.

I had the esteemed honor and privilege to work with Jo during my time at ABC and let me tell you, the woman was a legend! I thoroughly enjoyed our happy hours where I sat captivated, listening to the Ms. Interrante´s adventures from the 60´s and 70´s, hanging onto every word with baited breath and secretly wishing my life was half as exciting as hers had been. My condolences to her kids. Your mama loved y´all so much! Jo was so thrilled for me when I became pregnant and encouraged me to...

Wow Jo, what a wonderful obituary with beautiful things written about you. I knew a little of the details but had no idea of the full extent, you were so humble. A memory that will always stay with me is your coming to my place in the Lower Haight on New Years Eve (probably 2005 or 6?) with Keith & Mark. You complimented me on my music playing. Specifically pointing out that you were impressed how I played a cover of Glass Onion by the Beatles. I enjoyed the compliment then and knowing what...

Dance with the angels Jo! We will try to handle things down here although it won´t be easy without you.
